We are committed to ongoing professional development and our staff regularly access local training. The schools work closely together with subject leaders and teachers planning together and supporting each other as needed. There is no 'rule' and we allow each year group team to establish the most effective way of working. This helps with workload and we have a minimal marking policy which also supports this.
