The Primary First Trust is seeking to appoint a Curriculum and Assessment Director to effect school improvement in the schools within our Trust.  The successful candidate will be responsible for curriculum compliance which reflects the uniqueness of our schools and ensuring the robustness of our assessment process.

We are seeking someone who:

  • Has the professional expertise, knowledge, and ability to work successfully with Head Teachers, senior leaders and teachers.
  • Has strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Has a proven track record in school improvement.
  • Is able to take a strategic lead in the professional development of school leaders within their area of specialism.
  • Is able to work as a member of a team providing strategic leadership to schools across the Primary First Trust.
