Due to internal promotion an opportunity has arisen for Kent Catholic Schools’ Partnership to appoint a highly motivated Admissions Assistant to provide administrative services to a newly developed Marketing and Admissions hub for two Catholic secondary schools in Kent. The schools are part of the Kent Catholic Schools’ Partnership multi-academy trust which comprises 24 schools in total. The post holder will be based at St Gregory’s Catholic School in Tunbridge Wells with occasional visits to St Simon Stock Catholic School in Maidstone 2-4 times per month.

 

The role will require a commitment to ensure high levels of confidentiality with excellent communication and organisational skills. The post holder will require an excellent level of ICT competency and the ability to learn new skills where required.  Previous experience of working in a school environment would be an advantage, although not essential for an outstanding candidate.

 

Hours:            30 hours per week, hours (40 weeks - Term Time plus 10 non-pupil days  

                      5 of which would be during school holidays).   

 

Salary:           Kent Range 5 (£19,723 – £20,893) pro rata £14,108 – £14,945
