We can offer you:

  • Friendly, enthusiastic children who are very proud of our school
  • A dedicated and motivated staff team who thrive on new challenges, and are keen to support and learn from each other
  • An innovative approach offering a holistic, meaningful and relevant curriculum
  • A forward thinking and creative school, committed to the development of all our staff
  • A unique and spacious environment which celebrates our inclusive ethos

In return, we are looking for someone who is:

  • Compassionate and prioritises the wellbeing of all children
  • Committed to upholding excellent standards of teaching and is highly effective in their role
  • Passionate about our children and community, and supports the Chartham vision

If you believe you are the right person for our school, please do not hesitate to get in touch for further information and/or to arrange a virtual or in-person visit. Please call or email the school office to make an appointment. We really look forward to hearing from you.
