We have a vacancy for an After-School Club Supervisor at our popular extended day club at Chilton Primary School.

Our After-School Club Supervisor works as part of a team with After-School Club Assistants to provide a safe and caring club for primary school aged children attending Chilton. Successful candidates will be able to provide varied, engaging and stimulating activities and supervision for children, ensuring that they remain happy and safe in our care.

After-School Club staff also play an important role in liaising with teachers and children's parents. This means that the successful candidate will possess an understanding of professional conduct and dialogue and excellent customer service skills.

Training will be provided but prior experience of working with primary aged children with a variety of needs is essential, as is knowledge and understanding of behaviour management. Successful candidates must demonstrate their understanding of safeguarding.

The post is for 15-16 hours per week, 38 weeks per year - term time only. In the first instance, the post is fixed term for one year.
