CARETAKER

Kent Range 4 (£18129-£19239) Dependent upon Experience 

25 Hours per week, year round, to start as soon as possible.

The Governors of Sir Roger Manwoods School are looking to appoint a Caretaker.  You will be responsible for security, caretaking  and general maintenance of the school site, to enable the school to function effectively.  You will report to the estates Manager, as part of a proactive, dynamic team at this over- subscribed and highly successful selective school.  This post will work a split shift on a two week rota.  0700 -1200 & 1600-2100  or if preferable a fixed hour position of early or late shift would be considered.
