33 hrs per week, 38 weeks per year (term time only)

Grade NJC Grade D2 points 4 – 11 £14,120 - £16,219  (£18,933 - £21,748 for a full time appointment)

 

We require a conscientious person to work within the Pastoral Team to support our students by providing high quality interventions to ensure well-being and pastoral needs are met.  The successful applicant will be responsible for the Pastoral Mentoring Programme, support both mentors and students.  They will also work as part of the Safeguarding Team to ensure children and young people are safe from harm.

 

Experience of working with children of relevant age and an understanding of principles of child development and learning processes and in particular, barriers to learning would be beneficial.
