River Mill is looking to recruit a Nursery Deputy Manager to join our new primary school in Dartford.

The salary will be KR 5 (£16,194- £17,155 Actual) - Term time only (38 weeks), starting at 8.30-4.30pm Monday to Friday with 45 mins lunch break

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Level 2 or 3 qualified deputy manager to join our nursery.  We also have a great package of staff benefits including: contribution to gym membership, a well-being day, access to certain benefits through Health Assured and contribution to the staff Christmas party!

The right candidate:

  • must have an Early Years Qualification (Level 2 or 3)
  • Experience of working in a early years setting
  • have a secure knowledge of child development
  • must work well as part of a small team and
  • bring excitement into the curriculum

River Mill is a new free school that has opened in the centre of Dartford. We are part of Connect Schools Academy Trust, which is a MAT with six like-minded schools in Dartford, Tonbridge and Bromley. We will be Combining with Compass Academy Trust from September 2024. This enables us to deliver highly effective CPD opportunities and structure for professional development and career progression.
