MIDDAY SUPERVISOR – September 2021

KR3      Salary £3,064 per annum (£18,039 FTE) 

Monday to Friday 12.15-1.45pm daily, term time only.  7.5 hours a week

Potential to work additional ad-hoc hours to be agreed in advance with line manager.

You will be entitled to a daily free school lunch

Role description

• To supervise students on the school site during the lunch break under the direction of a senior member of staff
• To intervene to ensure high standards of behaviour where necessary
• To refer students or report incidents where necessary to senior members of staff
• To apply school code of conduct as required, and remind students of appropriate conduct

Skills and qualities required

• A friendly but firm approach
• Confidence in speaking with teenagers
• A sense of humour
• A positive view of young people
• An empathy with the aims and ethos of the school
