This role is for 1:1 support for a child who has an EHCP.  The pupil has a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD), has global development delay and presents with significant speech and language delay and social communication and interaction difficulties.

Experience working with children with similar needs is desirable.

Working with and implementing communication aids and programmes such as PECS, Widget, Communication in print would also be advantageous.

Term time only.  30 hours pw - 8:45 to 12:45 (to assist the pupil with eating) and 1:15 to 3:15.  This post is initially to the end of the academic year.
