WORKING HOURS: 37 hours over 5 days per week

Term time plus 5 INSET days and 3 additional days during the holidays, negotiated with the Headteacher.

Hours: 8.15am – 4.15pm each day

We are looking for a highly organised, efficient, flexible, friendly and reliable Personal Assistant /Secretary to carry out a range of duties for school Leaders as well as general secretarial duties, alongside other office staff.  You will work under the direction of the school Business Manager and carry out both administrative and office procedures. You must be prepared to undertake first aid duties and complete a qualification. You will have a high level of resilience and the ability to multi task. You must have a minimum of Grade C or above (or equivalent) in both GCSE Maths and English and will require excellent IT and interpersonal skills. You will need to possess initiative and a willingness to contribute to the continued improvement of our school. Previous school office experience and first aid experience/certificate would be an advantage.
