The Governing Body is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant for KS2, as part of our staff expansion project. The successful candidate will need a good level of English and mathematics, and be able to work as part of a team. This is a term time position, working from 8.45am until 3.15pm, includng development days. We are looking for a candidate who we can train and invest in, someone who is self motivated and able to think on their feet. This may suit an experienced TA, or someone who has recently qualified. An NVQ level 3 is essential.

Information about the school

St Marys School is a friendly and popular C of E Primary School in the St Mary’s ward of Swanley. We have strong links with both the local church, St Mary the Virgin, and the wider community. We have a one form entry across the school, as well as a successful LEA nursery attached, which takes children from the age of 2.
