Wainscott Primary School is a two-form entry School with a Nursery, with a staff of 50. We are a friendly and vibrant school that serves the community of Wainscott and surrounding areas.

We work in collaboration with our Trust, The Primary First Trust, which currently consists of 10 primary schools in Medway, Kent and Bexley.  This gives us a wide support network and allows our staff to grow professionally and our children to achieve excellence.

We are looking for an enthusiastic experienced Teaching Assistant to join our school.  We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant with commitment, energy and drive to join our team and work closely with staff to provide positive learning experiences for all our pupils.

We expect the successful candidate to:

  • Be able to support in the delivery of quality learning experiences for all pupils.
  • Have high expectations of learning and behavior.
  • Inspire and motivate our children.
  • Be supportive and understanding with high expectations.
  • Demonstrate good communication skills.
  • Work well as part of a team.
