We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic PA to join our skilful team. The role is permanent, 37 hours per week term time, plus 5 inset days and 10 additional days. 

The primary aim of the role to act as Personal Assistant to the Academy Principal.To line manage the Key Stage 3 and 4 administrative function in the school ensuring accuracy and quality in all work and have responsibility and oversite for the following specific whole school functions:-  

  • Reception
  • The admissions procedures of the school for KS3 & KS4, including but not limited to liaising with all stakeholders as necessary, returns to KCC and others, ensuring accurate information is entered onto SIMS.Net, offers for placement are completed in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that the admission paperwork is current and available on the school website. Provide support for transition activities, including literature/prospectus and promotion of Open Events to local primary, feeder schools and the general public.
  • Archiving of student files and destroying in line with the current policy.
  • Administrative support for Teaching & Learning including CPD as directed by SLT lead.
  • Administrative and other support for school events and activities including but not limited to PSHE, academic review evenings, school open evenings, issuing bus passes, carol concerts, harvest festivals, activity week, school nurse, school photo’s, Serviam awards, Presentation Evening etc.
  • Reprographics
  • Sending messages, letters and information via Schoolcomms.
