RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

 

Hours:                                     37 hours per week 8:30AM – 5.00PM Term time only + 1 week

Salary:                                    Salary Scale D2 points 4-11

                                               £18,933 - £21,748 FTE Pro-rata to £12,836 - £14,745 

 

Maundene Primary School is a large primary school serving a vibrant community in Walderslade.  We are part of The Inspire Partnership, a multi-academy trust of 9 schools based in Croydon, Greenwich and Medway.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, efficient and capable receptionist/administration assistant to join our Medway Hub team.  Based mainly at Maundene School, there may be occasions where you will be required to cover at our other Medway schools according to operational need.

This is a varied role, where the successful candidate will provide a friendly, welcoming, first point of contact for parents/carers, visitors and staff.  You will have the opportunity to gain a wide range of administration experiences whilst working as part of the admin team.

The post holder will be joining a busy school where no two days are the same. 

We are looking for a skilled individual who is energetic and well organised, with good communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
