We are seeking an additional member of staff to enhance our Central HR services team. This role will be based in Sittingbourne, Kent, but the successful applicant should expect to visit schools within the Trust, from time to time, to support colleagues.
If you’re enthusiastic to learn new processes and enjoy a fast-paced, evolving work environment, or would like to develop your existing skills and challenge yourself within a fast-growing organisation, we’d love to hear from you. Proven IT skills and data entry is essential.
Duties will include undertaking a wide range of HR tasks associated with HR administration, payroll processes, on boarding of new staff, demonstrating a professional and confidential manner at all times. The successful applicant will often be first point of contact by telephone and email and will be expected to resolve, or pass on enquiries as appropriate.
