The Abbey School is looking to appoint a full-time Data Manager to lead the data collection, analysis, interpretation and MIS administration for the school. You will also be required to assist with the administration of externally-assessed examinations.

You will be required to work for 37 hours per week for 41 weeks per year. The hours of work will be 8.30 am to 16.30 pm with a half an hour unpaid lunch break.

You will be highly efficient individual with outstanding attention to detail. This is a challenging role that will bring many rewards directly supporting the Deputy Headteacher of Curriculum as well as working closely with all Senior Leadership Team, Teachers and Support Staff. 

The ideal candidate will need to be well-organised and have a flexible approach to tasks. Specific training will be provided. You will need to be resilient under pressure and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Desired Requirements: 

 Previous experience within a similar role

  • Experience of managing and utilising Bromcom or another education management information system. 
  • A proven track record working with data analysis and reporting. 
  • Highly organised with excellent prioritisation skills.
  • GCE or level 3 BTEC qualifications and a minimum of GCSE English and Mathematics at C Grade (or equivalent).
