We are looking to appoint a teaching assistant to our Key Stage 2 team, working with a class alongside the class teacher. A comprehensive training package will be offered, and the successful candidate will have a minimum of an NVQ level 3 (or equivalent). This role will invole working on one-to-one programmes with a class, as well as small group responsiblities. You will share in the coperate resposibility for behaviour and classroom management. which is strong across the school. This position will suit someone new to the profession (recently trained) or a more experienced practitioner.

St Marys School is a friendly and popular C of E Primary School in the St Mary’s ward of Swanley. We have strong links with both the local church, St Mary the Virgin, and the wider community.
