A rare opportunity has arisen to join our friendly and positive school. We are a driven team looking for an experienced, organised and proactive member to help keep the cogs of our school run smoothly and efficiently by supporting the Headteacher in a PA capacity.

Our work in school is very busy and we are looking for the right person to help, coordinate and support the administration and communication of school to ensure the rest of the school is kept up to date.

The right person will work well in a team, be confident in dealing with all stakeholders, including parents, governors and outside agencies, be able to work in a busy and thriving environment, use own initiative to overcome barriers, have excellent skills in letter writing and sending communication, be able to minute meetings appropriately and enjoy a different challenge every day.

We can offer a warm, friendly and positive environment, an opportunity to grow and attend further training and a variety of work on a day to day basis.

Holy Trinity is a diverse and welcoming community. It is a vibrant and purposeful primary school with over 400 pupils. The school is a caring, Christian school at the heart of a thriving community, and lies on the outskirts of Dartford. The school embraces all of the National Curriculum and enjoys the support of Cornerstone Curriculum. The school supports and allows staff to plan exciting real life learning for the children both on and off site. There are fourteen classes with a dedicated team of teaching assistants who provide professional support for the children's learning. The staff team are friendly, supportive and diverse and we enjoy working as a team. The schools last Ofsted inspection was February 2023 where we maintained our Good judgement and at the SIAMS inspection In July 2017 received an outstanding judgement in all areas . Governors and the Leadership Team value the continued professional development of all staff, and are committed to supporting the well-being of the school whole community.
