We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching/Learning Support Assistant to join our professional and dynamic class teams from September 2021.

 

As a Higher Level Teaching/Learning Support Assistantat Bethersden Primary School, you will support the delivery of well-structured lessons in line with the school’s curriculum plan, adapting your teaching style to respond to strengths and to meet the needs of our pupils. You will also plan and cover lessons across the school so experience in working with a variety of Year Groups is preferable.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Higher Level Teaching/Learning Support Assistant who ha previous successful experience of supporting in a primary classroom. Above all, we want a new Higher Level Teaching/Learning Support Assistant who will continue to inspire and motivate our children and engage with parents to enable children to achieve the best possible learning outcomes.

Information about the school

We are a small, friendly, village primary school with 120 children taught in 6 classes. Our rural location just off the A28 between Ashford and Tenterden means we serve families from the village and the wider area. We have received a Good grading in our most recent Ofsted inspection (June 2023).

Our large site has extensive grounds, which includes a gardening area and large playing field.

We have a friendly, dedicated staff who work seamlessly together as a team, ensuring our children excel through a focus on quality first teaching and pastoral support.
