We are looking to recruit a Transition Co-ordinator to our 6th Form department.

This is a newly created position. The post holder will be working closely with the Key Stage Manager and the Careers Lead and will support students with their transition to post 19 education, training or employment, enabling them to move onto the next stage in their lives.

The role will be paid pro rata at Kent Range 7, and will be for 37 hours a week term time only plus 5 INSET days.

The Wyvern School is a large, dynamic, forward-looking school, with the aim of helping to shape best practice for pupils with complex needs. The school caters for 350 pupils with severe, profound and complex needs including autism.
