LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT FROM SEPTEMBER 2021 

Grade D2, points 4-11 (£18,933 – £21,748 for a full-time post) pro rata £12,836 to £14,745

30 hours per week (5 days), 38 weeks per year (Term time only)

This is an exciting opportunity to join the staff of this successful Grammar school.  We are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to work as part of the SEN team, a small established team of highly motivated and committed staff.  You will be an organised individual with the ability to work under pressure with conflicting deadlines and be able to demonstrate a high level of administrative skills including dealing with confidential and sensitive material.  Working as a team and contributing to ensuring a calm environment, and being able to relate to students would be an advantage. 

This post involves supporting students with additional educational and disability needs in classrooms and on trips, in small groups or on a one-to-one basis and general admin duties for the SEN department.
