We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic After School Care Club Supervisor at Tymberwood Academy, from September 1st 2021.  This is a permanent role.

 

We are looking for someone who

  • is passionate about helping to support every child's wellbeing and safety
  • is able to contribute to, and work as part of a team
  • can develop activities and maintain a stimulating environment
  • can develop and maintain high standards
  • has excellent communication skills and a flexible attitude
  • has effective time management and an ability to work on own initiative
  • has good administrative and organisational skills

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure the children are safe at all times
  • Help deliver a range of activities
  • Be responsible for all ASCC bookings
  • Be responsible for ordering of food
  • Liaising with the Finance Office regarding ASCC payments
  • Attend training as required (eg, food hygiene and safeguarding)
  • Adhere to school policies and procedures

 

The post is for 10 hours a week (3.30pm – 5.30pm), Monday-Friday during term time, plus additional training days across the year.
