The Role

Due a secondment of the current postholder, Knockhall are looking to appoint a School Business Manager to fulfil the role from 1st September until 31st July 22 full time for 36 hours per week.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all stakeholders

• Successful leadership skills of people and systems

• Strong understanding of financial systems and the ability to process and understand data

• The drive and commitment to fully participate in school life

• Ability to understand systems and processes

• Attention to detail

• Good organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and work in a busy school environment

• The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and to deal with issues of a very sensitive nature.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced school business manager looking for new and exciting opportunities or an experienced business manager looking to move into a school environment, somewhere you can really make a difference.

The successful candidate will receive a full induction to the role and the current postholder will be available to support to help the successful candidate to fully immerse themselves into the role.
