Are you an enthusiastic and fully qualified Speech and Language Therapist who is ready to join a Trust where people matter? TPAT is developing an exciting Staff Charter with well-being at its centre. Can you: 

  • provide a specialist therapy service to children aged 4-11 at the five schools within the Trust
  • be responsible for managing a complex caseload
  • be responsible for the Teaching Assistants delivering SALT programs

Supervision is available in this role. We work alongside another Trust so partnership working with the S&L therapist there will provide the right candidate with further support.

This post is multi-site post working across all schools within the Trust, 25 hours per week term-time only. 

Kent Range 9 £29,446 - £33,510 FTE (£16,747 -£19,059 pro rata)

(equivalent to NHS Band 5/6 depending on experience)
