We are seeking to appoint an experienced or newly qualified teaching assistant for our amazing Reception class. The position is for term time only (39 weeks), and the successful candidate will be a great team player, have lots of energy and ideas, and high expectations. Working hours are from 8.30am until 4pm. Applicants must have a minimum of an NVQ level 3 for this position, and be prepared to undertake additional training. This is the first of a number of positions we are looking to appoint for, as part of our Early Years expansion project.

Information about the school

St Marys School is a friendly and popular C of E Primary School in the St Mary’s ward of Swanley. We have strong links with both the local church, St Mary the Virgin, and the wider community. We have a one form entry across the school, as well as a successful LEA nursery attached, which takes children from the age of 2. Our staff are highly motivated and hard working, setting high standards for the 270 pupils in their care.
