We are looking for an inspirational Assistant Headteacher with a passion for Inclusion.

Are you an experienced SENCo, or willing to train, and have the commitment to drive inclusive practice? Do you have experience of working collaboratively with professionals and external agencies to achieve best outcomes for pupils?

Can you support others to develop outstanding teaching and learning? Are you self-motivated, with the ability to motivate and inspire others?

You will be:

  • an experienced Middle/Senior Leader;

This is a non-class based leadership role working closely with the Headteacher and within the Inclusion Team. However, there will be some PPA/absence cover involved in the role.
