High Weald Academy is on an exciting journey and as part of that we are we are looking for a creative and inspiring teacher to deliver Business Studies as part of our Key Stage 4 curriculum.

We are happy to discuss working days & hours at interview as this role can be a 0.4 FTE or a 0.6 FTE.

We recently moved in to our state of the art new building which means that you will have the chance to set the highest expectations and standards in a brand new and purpose built learning environment.

The length of your previous experience as a teacher is less important to us than your clear vision on what can be achieved for our students and how our teaching can motivate and inspire them to achieve great things. Our new colleague will have an unstinting belief that every young person, whatever their starting point can make and sustain exceptional progress and that our purpose is to change lives.

High Weald is a small, non-selective co-educational academy that serves the communities of Cranbrook, Staplehurst and the surrounding areas, where every student on roll is supported and challenged to reach their own personal excellence.
