Coppice Primary Partnership is a growing Multi Academy Trust comprising of three large primary schools. We are currently recruiting a Trust Administrator / PA to the Trust Leader (CEO) to manage administration and support systems across the Trust and within our schools in Maidstone and surrounding areas.

This role is part time (24 hours per week / 40 weeks per annum, plus bank holidays and annual leave entitlement).

This highly attractive opportunity offers significant flexibility regarding working patterns and includes the benefit of free use of the extended services provided by the Trust  if required during working hours outside of the school day. The post holder will work closely with the Trust Leader, and other members of the Trust Executive Team to establish strong administration functions allowing educational staff to focus on securing the highest possible standards for all children. The post holder will also be responsible for clerking for the Board of Trustees.

The key accountabilities for the Trust Administrator are included in the attached job description and cover:

  • PA to the Trust Leader
  • PA to the Chair of Trustees
  • General Administration including some HR administration
  • Governance Support, including clerking

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with a proven track record of building strong personal relationships and credibility at senior level across all internal functions. They will have GCSE English and Maths grades A-C or equivalent, excellent IT and written skills and experience of working within a senior administration role. Ideally the candidate will have a mixed skill set and be looking to work within an educational organisation that will provide significant opportunities to give back to society and improve the life chance for thousands of local children.

Although primarily based at Loose Primary School, the successful applicant will occasionally be required to work across the schools within the Trust including some evening work to provide clerking to the Trust Board and its committees. They will therefore, need the use of vehicle for which travel expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with Trust policy.
