Minster-in-Sheppey Primary School, are looking to appoint a Pastoral Support Assistant. This role will involve liaising with all stakeholders at school in order to support pupils and their families with a wide range of needs. You will work directly with individuals and groups of pupils, in partnership with class teachers and the SLT, in order to meet pupils’ social, emotional and behavioural needs.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience of working with children and their families and a commitment to championing all children to ensure they meet their potential. Integrity, resilience, confidentiality, diplomacy and an ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively, are all essential. You will also be able to work as part of a team. These two founding schools are both Ofsted rated good schools. The outcomes at Minster Primary are outstanding. Sunny Bank Primary School in Sittingbourne joined TILT in February 2020 under a sponsorship arrangement and significant all round improvement has been made with the support of the MAT.
