Hours: 37 per Week - Term Time Only (39 weeks)

The Abbey School invites applications for the post of Administration Assistant to work as part of the school’s Behaviour and Welfare Team. Minimum requirements are GCSE English and Maths C Grade or equivalent.

The successful candidate will require experience of general administration duties and have good word processing skills and a knowledge of spreadsheets. Applicants should have excellent listening, communication, organisational and literacy skills, and have the ability to communicate with school visitors and staff at all levels.

They must be able to work under own initiative with a precise and methodical approach. The ability to work well within a team is essential along with the ability to seek guidance from senior staff where necessary and to maintain a high level of confidentiality
