The School

Earlscliffe was founded as an independent, day and boarding, sixth form college in 2012 and has recently joined the Dukes Education group of elite educational establishments.

Based in Folkestone, Earlscliffe is co-educational, educating boys and girls from 15-19 years old. Most of our students are full boarding and are accommodated within our five residences.

There are currently 110 students from over 30 nationalities in the school. There are approximately 30 teaching staff (p/t and f/t) and about 65 employees in total.

We also operate Easter and Summer School courses throughout the holiday periods.

We offer a gold standard A-level programme in traditional subjects providing the best academic preparation for entry into the world’s most competitive universities. Earlscliffe offers a personalised education like no other college of its kind, drawing on the traditions and methods of Oxbridge colleges, top public schools, Ivy League universities and innovative best practice.

The Role

Earlscliffe is looking for an experienced and hard working individual to join our Senior Leadership team.

The role of Head of Marketing & Admissions is an integral role within the school. The successful candidate will bring their experience and skills to a small, dedicated team that sits at the heart of the school.

You will have the overall responsibility to guide a student’s journey from initial enquiry, to welcoming them on their first day and successfully integrating them in to the supportive and academically vigorous Earlscliffe community.

You will be well qualified, with experience in recruitment of students in the international and UK market together with excellent organisational skills.
