Do you care about your work-life balance? We do too. Come and work at our academy where every staff member matters. We are looking for a skilled and personable HR Administrator to join our Administration team based in the Academy Office.  You’ll never have a dull day again!

When you join the Oasis family there are a number of offers you’ll receive that make us stand out as an employer of choice. These include but are not limited to:

  • School holidays - we want you to enjoy your time off!
  • Opportunities for training and development internally and externally
  • Access to free counselling service
  • Free eye tests
  • A lively environment with colleagues who care

As the first point of contact for all general HR queries from academy staff, we need someone who is going to be patient, helpful and understanding.  Being based in the Academy office as part of the Administration team, you will often be the first point of contact from the wider community so you should be welcoming, helpful and through and through Oasis. We are a family of kind, considerate and joyful individuals brought together for one shared purpose - supporting our young people to reach their potential. With this in mind your day will be varied; arranging for newly recruited employees to bring in documentations, dealing with pay queries from academy staff, greeting visitors, sorting post, drafting letters, documents and reports, and even helping out with sending letters to parents using My Child At School (MyCAS) and posting on our academy social media! You’ll be a point of contact for staff, parents and pupils alike so play a vital role in the running of our school. Our ideal candidate will have previous HR experience and will be confident with customer service and computer literacy.

Like what you see? Make sure you fill out an application today and submit to us before the deadline of 12 noon Monday 08/03/2021. All applications should be emailed to principal@oasisskinnerstreet.org We’re also very happy to answer any questions you may have so please don’t hesitate to get in touch with Mrs Saddleton, Operations Manager also via principal@oasisskinnerstreet.org

Interviews will be held via Teams on Tuesday 9th March 2021.
