Level 3 Forest School Practitioner required

13 hours – term time only KR 6

 

Do you love the great outdoors? Have you a passion for outdoor learning? Have you got a Forest School Practitioner qualification? If so, this is the job for you!  The children of Shears Green love outdoor learning and want somebody with the same love to develop their skills.

If you are forward thinking and able to work within a team, able to share good practice and with amazing ideas as well as being caring, innovative, approachable have a great sense of humour we would love to have you on our team!

We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspirational person to join our wonderful school in order to deliver regular forest school lessons on Tuesday and Wednesday.

We are happy to consider independent practitioners as well as candidates wishing to join the school.  What is essential is that ALL applicants should hold a Level 3 Certificate in Forest School Programme Leadership as well as holding the appropriate first aid certificate.

Our children are excited about learning and proud of the resources and environment we offer. We are a friendly and supportive school who have high expectations of work and enjoyment of both children and staff. We are extremely proud of our learning environment and our positive relationships with parents. We have enthusiastic and effective support staff and dedicated governors.

Shears Green Junior School is a popular over-subscribed four form entry school in Northfleet, Kent. Transport links to M2/A2 are minutes away from the school.
