The children, staff and Governors would like to meet a teaching assistant who has a passion for SEND and would like to join our school.

We are looking for someone who can plan, deliver and evaluate learning activities, for individuals or small groups, liaising with Inclusion Manager, Year Group Managers, teachers, TAs and sometimes parents.

 

Someone who can lead small group work in specialist programs such as; BEAM, Sensory Circuits, Memory Fix, Fireworks, Communication Fix, Talk and Draw, speech & language programs and Circle of Friends.

Information about the school

We are a large infant school of 360 children nestled in the Northfleet area of Gravesham .

We are a four form entry school with lovely outdoor learning areas including our Reception play garden, our newly developed year 1 play garden and our large forest school.

We offer wrap around care and have recently been awarded our Leading Parent Partnership Award for our dedication to working relentlessly with parents to ensure the best care for our children.

We are lucky to have an amazing teaching assistant team who have specialist areas to support learning throughout the school.

We are part of the Northfleet Trust Schools, ( which is not an academy), but which means we work very closely with 7 other local schools sharing expertise, training opportunities, resources and facilities.
