After the retirement of a long-standing member of staff, St Augustine Academy is looking to recruit a Site Manager with immediate effect.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our site is legally compliant, well maintained, safe, and fit for purpose at all times. 

As part of your duties, you will be responsible for the oversight of all site security, repairs and maintenance, cleaning, and development of the site, including the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of any CCTV, fire and burglar alarms, building management systems, and plant room equipment. 

Through your leadership and development of the site and cleaning teams, you will be able to deliver the annual site targets to ensure the best value on all premises activities, and for ensuring the premises budget is not exceeded. 

This role will suit somebody who is both a strategic and an operational thinker and is able to easily switch from operating the relevant ICT support systems to checking the right spanner measurements.
