Part time Caretaker is Required.

We wish to appoint a self-motivated candidate who is versatile, flexible, well organised, enthusiastic and reliable.

You will be working under the direction of our very experienced Site Premises Manager to maintain our lovely school, and to give an efficient professional service that supports the learning of all our pupils and provides a safe, clean environment for our staff, parents and visitors.

Duties will include the caretaking of the school as directed by the Site Premises Manager as well as locking the school each evening.  In order to ensure that our school is safe and clean, the successful candidate will be required to undertake some cleaning duties during the day.

The successful candidate will be required to support the Site Premises Manager and therefore work on a 52 week contract.  The usual holiday entitlement of 25 days will be given.  All holidays to be mutually arranged with the school. 

Applicants are required to work the following hours:

Monday           12.30 -  5.30pm

Tuesday           12.30 -  5.30pm

Wednesday      11.00 -  5.30pm with a 30minutes break

Thursday         12.30  - 5.30pm

Friday                1.30 - 5.30pm

 

We expect flexibility in this role in order to allow for any external lettings, essential maintenance work as well as emergency call outs.  The successful candidate would work closely with the Site Premises Manager.  Please apply via the application form on this website.
