Are you an experienced or recently qualified teacher looking for a new and exciting challenge? Do you have an interest in outdoor and child led learning? Are you able to inspire and engage pupils, through an exciting and rich curriculum, to make accelerated progress and get the very best results?

Due to an unexpected resignation linked to personal circumstances, Offham Primary school are seeking a dynamic new teacher to join our Key Stage One Team after Christmas or as soon as possible afterwards. Currently this job role opperates as a four day a week job share, however there is flexibity for the role to be full time or part time. 

At Offham Primary school we are currently in a period of exciting transition as we work towards maintaining our Outstanding status under the new Ofsted framework. We are keen that our new teacher will want to help us to collaboratively develop our wider curriculum offer, looking to take on some subject leadership responsibilities.

In light of the current COVID 19 pandemic, we will be looking to interview our new teacher virtually via Zoom. We will also be encouraging candidates to provide us with a portfolio of evidence, including where possible some pupil work, progressive planning and recent lesson observation feedback from their most recent teaching experience. 

**Please note that this is a fixed term position due to the unexpected staffing situation we find oursleves in, however there is an exceptionally strong likelihood that the post will be extended for several subsequent years.

Offham Primary is a rural school with 7 classes and is located approximately 3 miles from the town of West Malling. The school serves a supportive community of children and parents, who are enthusiastic about learning and leading their school.
