Small but Mighty ! 

St. Joseph's are looking for two energetic and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team.  Applications are particularly welcomed from experienced TAs with an interest in SEND.  The role may include working one to one or supporting small groups.

This is initially a temporary one year position (with the potential for extending) in Key Stage 1, term time only for 30 hours a week, the hours to be worked each day will be discussed at interview.

The salary is on Kent Range 3, the full time equivalent will be £18,039 which equates to approximately £12,258  for 30 hours a week term time.

St. Josephs is a small Catholic school in the growing village of Aylesham and is part of the Kent Catholic Schools Partnership multi-academy trust. The school has 6 classes, one of which remains a mixed year group.

We provide for the individual needs of the children in our care and expect high standards of achievement from all.
