We are looking for a suitable, experienced person to work as a Teaching Assistant in our large 4 form entry Infant School.

Previous experience of working with SEN children, particularly those with ASD or ADHD is essential. This position also requires aspects of personal care and hygiene.

A minimum of NVQ L3 Teachng Assistant qualification or equivalent is required. A good standard of English and Maths is required.

This position is Fixed Term linked to High Needs Funding.

This post requires someone with a calm, patient disposition and an ability to work as part of a team.  The successful applicant needs to be flexible and work from their own initiative when appropriate.

Awareness of related health and safety and knowledge of First Aid is also a necessary requirement for this post.
