We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and adaptable finance professional to support the school's Headteacher and Trust Finance team. Reporting to the Headteacher and working closely with the Trust Finance team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of a range of support services to provide a first class education for pupils. This will include having day to day responsibility for the school's:

  • Finance function, including year-end reporting and effective control of both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable: and
  • HR function ensuring processes and procedures are followed notifying payroll of starters, leavers and amendments to contracts.

You will be a person of integrity, extremely well organised, adaptable and able to maintain confidentiality. Experience of working in a finance adminstration role is essential, as is a keen eye for detail, ability to work to deadlines, and excellent numeracy skills.

The position is for 37 hours per week, term time only + 2 weeks, payscale KR7 £22,581 - £25,564 FTE (pro-rata for part time hours).
