Thistle Hill Academy are looking to appoint a Special Needs Teacher. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and outstanding teacher, with experience of working with children with SEN.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher who wants to make a difference and be part of an inspirational and creative team at Thistle Hill Academy.

The teacher will work closely with the SENCO to ensure the most effective provision for each individual child.

The successful candidate will:

•Have an understanding of the key features of nurture groups.
•Have QTS
•Have experience of teaching children with needs such as ADHD and attachment disorders.
•Be skilled in the planning and delivery of evidence based interventions for a range of SEN needs.
