 As a Phase Leader you will

  • Be responsible for the staff, pupils, parents, budget and development of your Phase.
  • Under guidance and working in partnership with the SLT, proactively manage staff and resources across the whole school.
  • Carry out duties in line with the remit outlined in the current School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document.
  • Play a lead role in developing the Christian Vision, learning aims and objectives of the school in your phase.
  • Stay abreast of local, National and World developments for outstanding education of children in your phase.
  • Be jointly responsible for the educational standards, emotional wellbeing, behaviour Christian Vision and Discovery Curriculum Development for all, including monitoring of progress towards achievement.
  • Lead a Curriculum Team.
