At Coxheath Primary School we see exceptional pastoral care as being essential to allow all of our pupils to thrive and our Family Liaison Officer is at the heart of this.
We are looking to appoint an experienced motivated and approachable person to step into the busy role of a Family Liaision Officer for 37 hours per week, term time only. They will be working closely with our nurture team to remove any barriers to learning. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as they will be working daily with parents, staff and external agencies.
This person will play a key role in monitoring attendance. They will work closely with families to secure good attendance and offer the necessary support.
They will also work closely as part of the safeguarding team to ensure that the safeguarding provision is robust and accurate records are kept. This will also involve working with outside agencies.
