We are looking for a motivated, resilient and enthusiastic person to join our pastoral team supporting a small group of either KS3 students on-site or KS4 students working in our off-site provision, who find it difficult to succeed in mainstream lessons. Support and professional development will be given, but this role would ideally suit a person with experience working with young people in a school or similar environment.

Information about the school

Our Staff, Governors and Sponsors are dedicated to ensuring that every student achieves his or her potential, both academically and personally, leaving the academy with the confidence, resilience, and qualifications necessary to deliver a bright future. We are recognised by Ofsted as a ‘Good’ school and committed to recruiting those who share our ethos and values.

The Marsh Academy is fortunate to have relatively new buildings that provide high quality facilities for staff and students as well as the local community, but the real success of the academy comes from our staff and students. The academy is now over-subscribed and the school of choice for our local community. The academy is sponsored by the Skinners’ Company and as part of the Skinners’ family of schools, opens up access to a network of development opportunities and collaboration, including with our co-sponsor: Tonbridge School.

These are exciting times at the Marsh Academy and we are keen to welcome your application.
