We are now on our journey towards outstanding and are seeking to employ an ambitious and enthusiastic middle leader to join our well established senior leadership team.

We are part of a Cygnus Academies Trust, which is a small MAT in and around Dartford and Tonbridge, made up of 6 likeminded schools. This enables us to deliver highly effective CPD opportunities and structure for professional development and career progression.

We are looking to appoint an outstanding and inspirational Year 6 teacher and aspiring leader with a passion for improving the life chances of children. You will be a pivotal member of staff in continuing to drive the improvement in teaching and learning.

 

We want someone to join our Leadership Team who can:

  • lead and motivate staff
  • co-ordinate and organise a team
  • monitor and evaluate teaching and learning within their phase and across the school.
  • lead and drive forward the English curriculum

Essential to this role is the ability to collaborate with other members of the Leadership Team and ensure continuity and progression throughout the curriculum.

Salary will be in the range will be in line with the Teachers pay scale and will also have a TLR2 attached to the position and will be determined in relation to the successful candidate’s current salary and experience to date.
