As a Residential Special Needs school, we specialise in providing both day and residential education for pupils aged 4 – 19 years who have profound, severe and complex additional needs, most come with a diagnosed autistic spectrum disorder.

As a pivotal role in the school business team, we are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and efficient Administrator to work closely with the Business Manager and provide HR administrative support across our school.

 

You will ideally have previous HR experience or experience of working in a school office.  More importantly you must be proactive and be able to work on your own initiative.   As the main HR contact, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships with staff and other professionals.  Specific training can be provided and a rewarding and challenging role awaits the right individual.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Safer recruitment
  • Induction
  • Absence
  • Main point of contact for HR queries
