Salary:  £17,365 - £18,704 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Hours: 37 hours per week

The Abbey School is looking to appoint a full time ICT Technician to join our busy IT Support Department. The post holder will provide support to the Academy Network Manager, staff and students.

This is a busy role so we would like to hear from candidates who are keen to be part of our collaborative and supportive team, which is forward-thinking and focused on providing a positive and efficient impact on the school.

Previous experience of working in an educational setting is desirable, but not essential.  The successful candidate will need a good understanding of maintaining IT systems and solving IT/network problems and a high level of ICT skills.

The Abbey School is a mixed secondary school with a thriving population of over 1200 students. We believe that school should be a place where young people can discover and develop their own talents.
