Pastoral Support Leader

(Temporary in the first instance until July 2020)

Salary: Hours: 37 hours per week term time only plus 2 CPD days

Start date:  As soon as possible

The Ebbsfleet Academy is looking for a temporary Pastoral Support Leader to join their vibrant and dedicated community. We require the successful candidate to work with the pastoral team and other teaching staff in providing pastoral support and guidance for pupils to ensure outstanding attitudes, attendance and behaviour for learning.

We strive to be an exceptional community academy where all of our students achieve their potential, develop as courteous, confident and capable young people, and leave with an education that has fully equipped them to go on to university or the career of their choice. The role of Pastoral Support Leader is a pivotal part of this process and you will be expected to support the ethos of the school, as reflected in policies developed by the Governing Body of the school.
