Oakfield Primary Academy is seeking to appoint a Site Manager to work with the current amazing Site Team to ensure the school premises are maintained to the very highest standards and meet all current health and safety requirements.

The role is 37 hour per week (10.30am – 6.30pm) Monday to Friday, this includes a half an hour lunch break. You will also be required to be a “key holder” and attend the site out of hours for emergencies, such as alarm activation. Additional overtime hours may be available for out-of-hours locking up etc. You will be expected to uphold the school’s positive image within the school community and want to make a positive difference to children’s lives.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, flexible and have a can-do attitude along with the ability to prioritise work to achieve the best outcomes for the school. A good understanding of health and safety requirements, ability to maintain accurate maintenance records and good communication skills are essential. The ability to travel to and from site in a timely manner is also required.
